What can you tell me about handmade products?

As our products are handmade and decorated by hand we cannot always guarantee the product you receive will be exactly the same as the one you see on the screen. We feel this is what makes our products unique and special and hope you do as well.

Colours shown may vary from screen to screen due to monitor settings, however, we have taken care to be as accurate as possible in that what you see is a good representation.

Are Lillies products suitable for children?

Due to small parts, Lillies products are not suitable as toys. However, they are perfect as a beautiful decoration for any little ones bedroom or nursery.

Delivery, Postage and Returns link

1. Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch orders within 5-7 working days of receipt. However, at busy times this may take a little longer. If you require your order urgently, please let us know and we will try to help you the best we can. If you would like to check the status of your order please email us at

2. Delivery Method

All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail First Class Delivery with proof of postage and should be with you in 1-3 days.

3. Postage and Packaging

We offer FREE p&p on all UK orders over £30.00. All orders under £29.99 are subject to a £2.95 p&p fee.

4. Items lost in transit

Parcels are not considered lost or missing by Royal Mail until 15 days after the sent date. Therefore, we are unable to offer a refund or a replacement for the order until 15 days after the dispatch date.

5. Returns

We always hope you are happy with your purchase, however, if you are not, please return the item within 14 days in the condition in which it was sent and we will happily offer a refund or replacement.

Please do obtain proof of postage or use a recorded delivery system when returning an item as we cannot accept responsibility for returned goods being lost on their way to us. We can only refund delivery costs where there is a fault with an item or we have made an error.
